Israel will cause major problems for Jewish communities around the world.
To deprive people of food when this is readily available, is a terrible crime. Israel is depriving the citizens of Gaza of all human rights and it has been doing this for many years. All international laws of peace and war are being broken with impunity.
The government in Israel is committing genocide. It cannot be described as a lawful government. The IDF and Mossad are obeying orders blindly. The blowing up of pagers and mobiles in Lebanon was a terrorist act. The destruction of hospitals in Gaza is a terrorist act. The murder of civilians, journalists and medical care workers is a terrorist act. Children are deprived of food, medicine and education and tortured mentally and physically by food deprivation, displacement and shelling. No journalists have been allowed into Gaza. Israeli spokespersons continue to utter ridiculous statements defending the conduct of the IDF.
The world knows that the people of Gaza are starving and is doing nothing to stop it.
History repeats itself. When Theodor Herzl intimated that Palestinians be removed from their land, worldwide, nobody in power wanted to hear or stop this. The UK facilitated the recognition of the state of Israel in 1948 in spite of the objections of Palestinian leaders. Palestinians were herded like cattle out of Palestine. Israel has grabbed land at every opportunity and has now needlessly reduced Gaza to rubble. If the Israeli government wanted the return of hostages after October 7th 2023 then President Biden’s words should have been heeded. He said explicitly not to seek revenge on Hamas and make the mistake made by the US in Iraq.
International law must be upheld. Benjamin Netanyahu must not be allowed to take over Gaza under any circumstances. He must be removed from power along with the entire Israeli cabinet. All settlers in the West Bank must be arrested. Mr. Schumer the Democratic leader of the US senate must take action now. The UK has responsibility to intervene now. Germany has been loath to criticize Israel because of the Holocaust but it is precisely because of the latter that Israel itself should not be committing genocide. Those countries of the EU who have objectivity and integrity must seek Mr. Schumer’s and Mr. Carney’s help to stop the march of Israel in Gaza. The Palestinians must not be moved from Gaza under any circumstances. Palestinians must have their own state now. The Muslim states must give leadership and rebuild Gaza now.
World peace depends on ending the murder and starvation of the Palestinian people at this late stage. The world cannot pretend that it does not hear and see the pitiful plight of the Palestinian people. If Israel is not stopped now major problems will arise for the Jewish communities around the world.
